The Booking Process
1. Once you’ve determined you want to host a dinner party with Charlotte Shores, simply fill out this form and Charlotte will reach out with her availability, pricing information, and a sample menu.
2. When you’ve paid the deposit and booked your desired date, you’ll receive a service agreement outlining expectations for the evening.
3. Then, Chef Charlotte will connect with you to discuss the details of your menu, which is typically finalized one to two weeks before your event.
4. A few days before your dinner party, Chef Charlotte will check in to request your address and ensure event details haven’t changed.
5. On the day of the event, Chef Charlotte will text you to let you know she’s on her way.
6. When Chef Charlotte and her staff arrive, they will begin preparing the meal.
(Pro tip: Serve a flute of Champagne or glass of sparkling water to each guest as they arrive.)
7. Once dinner is ready, Chef Charlotte and her staff will present and serve the meal.
At the end of the evening you’ll find a sparkling clean kitchen and any leftovers packaged and put away. A few days after your event, Chef Charlotte will check in once again to ensure you were thrilled with the outcome of your event.
Keep in mind a dinner party with Charlotte Shores includes a consultation, a curated menu, meal preparation and presentation, non-alcoholic beverage service, clean-up, and event rental break-down and return.
For the ultimate experience, Charlotte Shores recommends candlelight and floral arrangements, bar service to serve your guests, and a big appetite of which Chef Charlotte and her team can accommodate (except the big appetite, of course)!
